Job summary

Durucooperation in India is seeking an experienced Senior IT/Systems Engineer to manage and support enterprise Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and MES/WMS servers. The role requires hands-on server administration, network troubleshooting, system backup, and installation/support of MES and WMS servers.

Qualifications

• Experience with installation/support of MES and WMS servers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server OS.
• Manage AD DS, domain controllers, and ADC promotion.
• Manage FSMO roles and AD replication.
• Configure DNS, DHCP, GPO and AD services.
• Perform AD backups and support DR activities.
• Configure Hyper-V replication and virtualization.
• Troubleshoot networking: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewall basics.
• Provide MS 365 support and mail troubleshooting.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT/Systems Engineer to manage and support enterprise Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and industrial application servers. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in server administration, network troubleshooting, system backup, and installation/support of MES and WMS servers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems.
• Manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including domain controller and additional domain controller (ADC) promotion.
• Manage FSMO roles and understand their importance in Active Directory environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Active Directory services.
• Perform and maintain Active Directory backups and support disaster recovery activities.
• Configure and manage Hyper-V replication and virtualization environments.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity using TCP/IP, subnetting, OSI model, IPv4/IPv6, switching, routing, VLAN, and VPN concepts.
• Support basic firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
• Provide Microsoft 365 support, including Outlook and email troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and support MES and WMS servers and related systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure availability of critical IT systems.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow IT infrastructure and security best practices.

Mandatory Requirements

• B.Tech (CSE), B.Sc. (Computer Science), or B.E.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT/System Administration or a similar industry.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of:
