Job summary

Fabrication in Pune (Chakan) is hiring a Sr Store Incharge/Sr Store Executive/Store Manager with 6-8 years of manufacturing experience. You will oversee daily material flow, stock verification, and coordination with accounts for invoicing and GRN processing.

The role requires hands-on experience in store operations, DC creation in the system, and maintaining stock levels. Attractive CTC offered and a manufacturing work environment in Pune.

Qualifications

• Graduate or BE/DME is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing store operations is required.
• Familiarity with Tally ERP/ERP systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Daily basis material follow-up.
• Physical stock and system stock verification.
• Daily department-wise material issue report.
• Inward material invoice checking and submission to accounts.
• Maintain consumables stock (min/max).
• Create delivery challan (DC) in system.
• Maintain gas stock and arrange as per requirement.
• Follow up subcontract materials.
• Maintain store-related documents.
• Material unloading and loading.
• Invoice and GRN verification.
