Job summary

Melzer Chemicals seeks a Store Officer for the Engineering Store at Kurkumbh MIDC, Pune. 1-5 years of experience and a Diploma or Graduate degree are preferred. You will support the Maintenance Department with daily store operations.

You will handle spares inventory, MRO items, tools, and documentation, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely material availability for maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Graduate in any relevant field.
• Experience in Engineering Stores or Inventory control is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and store procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Engineering Store activities supporting the Maintenance Department.
• Maintain inventory of engineering spares, electrical items, mechanical spares, tools, consumables and MRO materials.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of inventory and store activities.
• Perform basic computer/ERP data entry and records management.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance, vendors, and internal customers.
