Job summary

Genpact in Bengaluru is hiring a Sr. Specialist - HRO - Employee Lifecycle Management to design and execute end-to-end employee lifecycle strategies, from recruitment to offboarding.

You will coordinate recruitment, streamline onboarding, and drive training programs to support career progression in a fast-moving, innovation-led environment. The role requires strong HR operations knowledge, Lean Six Sigma, and Workday HCM, with a background in commerce/economics/finance and MBA or analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• MBA or Master’s in Business Analytics recommended.
• PHR certification (Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning) preferred.
