Job summary

Genpact in Bengaluru is seeking a Sr. Specialist - HRO - Employee Lifecycle Management to lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, and offboarding.

The role supports lifecycle strategies, coordinates recruitment, manages onboarding, and ensures policy compliance while maintaining confidentiality. You will work in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment and collaborate with global teams to drive HR operations excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance, or MBA preferred.
• Master's in Business Analytics considered.
• PHR certification is listed as desirable.
• Experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management is required.

Responsibilities

• Play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the entire employee lifecycle within the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding processes.
• Support the development and implementation of employee lifecycle strategies in alignment with organizational policies.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes by assisting in scheduling, documentation, and candidate communication.
• Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
• Assist in organizing and tracking training and development initiatives to support employee growth and compliance.
• Facilitate performance management activities by supporting documentation, timelines, and system updates.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations through accurate record-keeping and adherence to guidelines.
• Support employee relations and conflict resolution efforts by escalating issues and maintaining confidentiality.
• Manage offboarding and exit processes, including documentation, exit interviews, and system updates.
