Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Specialist in HRO with a focus on Employee Lifecycle Management.

You will design and implement end-to-end lifecycle strategies, from recruitment to offboarding, to ensure a seamless employee experience. This role requires coordinating hiring, onboarding, training, and performance processes while ensuring compliance and employee relations support. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR operations background, proficiency with Workday HCM, and knowledge of Lean Six

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance, or MBA.
• Experience in human resources operations and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with HR policies and compliance in multinational settings.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive employee lifecycle strategies, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience.
• Coordinate and oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
• Oversee training and development initiatives to foster employee growth, skills enhancement, and career progression.
• Facilitate performance management activities, aligning them with organizational objectives and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal regulations, and organizational standards throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts, fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee engagement.
