dotSolved Systems Inc. in India seeks a Sr.ServiceNow Developer to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across HRSD, CSM and ITSM.

You will design, configure and support modules, plus handle integrations with Jira and PagerDuty in a hybrid work model based in Hyderabad or other listed cities. The role requires 8+ years in ServiceNow, strong scripting (JavaScript), CMDB/Discovery, and production support, with experience in REST/SOAP APIs and integration hub.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow modules (HRSD, CSM, ITSM).
• End-to-end implementations of CSM, ITSM, HRSD modules.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow ITSM experience, including scripting and production support.

Responsibilities

• Support ServiceNow users and environments (Production and Sandbox).

Job Description:

• Must have 8+ years ofexperience in ServiceNow modules, with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD),CSM, and IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Must have done multipleend-to-end, full life cycle implementations of modules CSM, ITSM, HRSD
• Support ServiceNow ApplicationUsers
• ServiceNow system supportincluding Production and Sandbox environments
• Covers modules: Case, HR Case,Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge
• ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal,Automation
• Reports and Dashboard
• Experience with Inbound andOutbound integrations with ServiceNow. Move integrations from the custom APIcall to the integration hub.
• ServiceNow Release upgradetesting
• ServiceNow Application securityadministration
• User training for users toperform their day-to-day jobs by explaining ServiceNow standard practices
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow ITSMexperience, including scripting, configuration, and production support.
• Good experience with ServiceNowintegrations, especially with external tools such as Jira and PagerDuty.
• Hands-on experience with CMDBand Discovery.
• Strong experience withJavaScript / ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, ClientScripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and related automation.
• Ability to design, build,troubleshoot, and support REST/SOAP/API-based integrations.
• Experience handling integrationfailures, data sync issues, authentication/connectivity issues, and productionincidents.
• Strong understanding of ITSMprocesses such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Experience supportingenterprise ServiceNow environments with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting andproblem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills andability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.
• Should be comfortable takingownership of the existing integration landscape and upcoming Jira and PagerDutyintegration work.
