We need a seasoned SEO expert who can hit the ground running — no hand-holding, no ramp-up time. You know what levers to pull to move the needle fast, and you have the track record to prove it. If you've taken websites from obscurity to Page 1 and driven significant organic revenue growth, we want to talk.

What You'll Own

• Audit the existing site within the first 30 days and deliver a prioritized action plan with quick wins and long-term plays
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues that are actively suppressing rankings — crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, indexation problems, site architecture
• Build and execute a keyword strategy targeting high-intent, high-volume terms that drive qualified traffic, not just vanity numbers
• Lead content strategy — brief writers, optimize existing pages, and identify gaps that competitors are winning
• Build high-quality backlinks through digital PR, outreach, and partnership strategies
• Own the reporting — traffic, rankings, conversions — and tie SEO outcomes directly to revenue
• Work cross-functionally with developers, designers, and content teams to push implementations fast
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and proactively adapt strategy before rankings dip

Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO experience with a strong portfolio of measurable traffic and revenue growth
• Proven ability to deliver early results — not someone who needs 6 months before showing impact
• Advanced command of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4
• Experience managing or mentoring junior SEO team members
• Strong understanding of search intent, user behavior, and conversion optimization
• Ability to communicate strategy and results clearly to leadership and non-technical stakeholders
