The role requires hands-on optimization of on-page and off-page elements, collaboration with content teams, and regular KPI reporting. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of SEO experience, strong analytics skills, and proficiency with Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz,

We seek a skilled SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and proven experience in optimizing websites to achieve maximum visibility on search engines. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase our online presence, drive website traffic, and improve search engine rankings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to achieve business goals.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Handle a team of SEO professionals and ensure effective communication to achieve the provided monthly targets.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles to align with SEO best practices.
• Should be well‑versed with the On‑Site SEO (meta tags, keywords, content, tags, page load speed, internal linking, bread crumbs, website structure)
• Experienced with Off page strategies (backlinks, online reputation, guest outreach, anchor text management).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics and trends using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry developments.
• Identify and implement on‑page and off‑page optimization strategies.
• Manage and execute link‑building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Work with web developers and content teams to ensure proper implementation of best SEO practices.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports and take necessary action across all channels.
• Examine and optimize campaigns after looking at GA and GSC to achieve the defined KPIs and KRAs.
