Job summary

Corporate Stalwarts in Mangaluru, Karnataka is seeking a Sales Executive to drive primary and secondary sales of wood coating products in the assigned territory. This role involves extensive fieldwork and regular interactions with dealers and contractors to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales, particularly with 2-pack PU products, and will be responsible for mapping dealers and ensuring product availability to strengthen market presence. Attractive compensation with fixed, PF, medical insurance, and variable pay is offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the wood coatings sector.
• Strong experience in selling 2-pack PU products.
• Ability to effectively manage dealer relationships.

Job Profile:

• The candidate will be responsible for driving Primary and Secondary sales of Wood Coating products within the assigned territory.
• The role requires extensive field work and regular interaction with dealers, carpenters, and polish contractors.
• The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, ensuring product availability, and strengthening the company's market presence.
• The candidate will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its channel partners, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies, promotional activities, collections, and market development initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience:3-5 years
• Education: Graduate
• Strong experience in selling 2-pack PU product
• Will handle both primary & secondary sales
• Responsible for mapping 20–35 dealers(existing 2-pack PU sellers)
• Drive sales of other wood coating products within these counters
• Should have on-roll experience in the current organisation
• Off-role candidates will not be considered.
