Job summary

Job Description

We are looking for Sales Officers to drive sales and business development for our Paints & Wood Coatings products across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage dealers, distributors, retailers and channel partners.
• Generate business through contractors, carpenters, architects and interior designers.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key influencers.
• Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
• Ensure proper follow-up for orders, collections and outstanding payments.
• Develop new dealers and expand market coverage.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch and customer requirements.
• Maintain regular sales reports and provide territory-wise market updates.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Sales / Territory Sales / Channel Sales.
• Experience in Paints, Wood Coatings, Furniture Coatings, Building Materials, Construction Chemicals or related industries will be preferred.
• Candidates having experience with dealers/distributors, contractors, architects and interior designers will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and territory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Graduate preferred.
