Biocv Management Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer to support the sales team by preparing accurate project estimates and proposals for HVAC/MEP projects. The role focuses on technical expertise, client engagement, and cost-effective solutions to win new business.

Responsibilities include analyzing drawings, estimating costs, building client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams for project handovers. Travel may be required to meet clients and visit sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inMechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of estimation and sales experience in HVAC/MEP.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Sales Engineer to support our sales team by preparing accurate project estimates and proposals. You’ll play a key role in securing new projects through technical expertise, client engagement, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare technical and - commercial proposals for HVAC/MEP projects.
• Perform estimation of equipment, and labor costs based on project requirements and provide technical consultations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams for project handovers and execution.
• Ensure proposals meet client requirements, technical standards, and company policies.
• Track and follow up on submitted bids and sales opportunities.
• Maintain healthy business relationships with clients and contractors via regular visits and telephonic conversations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in estimation and sales preferably in HVAC or MEP.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, and technical terms.
• Good communication, documentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Open to travel.
• Experience Related to HVAC field is preferable.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ASHRAE/IS standards.
• Familiarity with costing and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
