Job summary

Echor Hotels & Resorts in Zirakpur, Punjab is seeking a confident Senior Reservation Executive to join our Reservations team. You will handle individual and group reservations, coordinate with Front Office and Sales, and manage enquiries, quotations, confirmations and amendments with accuracy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in hotel reservations, strong communication, good knowledge of room categories and tariffs, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and reservation

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in hotel reservations or a similar role.
• Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel room categories, tariffs and reservation processes.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and reservation systems.
• Good follow-up and conversion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates from the hotel/hospitality industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle individual and group reservations through calls, WhatsApp, email and other booking channels.
• Manage booking enquiries, quotations, confirmations, amendments and cancellations.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and hotel teams for smooth reservation operations.
• Understand room categories, tariffs, packages, availability and property details.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and daily reports.
• Handle guest queries professionally and ensure a smooth booking experience.
• Support the team in achieving reservation and revenue targets.
• Assist junior team members whenever required.

If you have strong hotel reservations experience, good communication skills, and the ability to handle guests and booking operations independently, we’d love to hear from you.
