Job summary

Vibescapes - Nature Retreats in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking a Reservations Associate to join our reservations team and manage guest enquiries, follow-ups and bookings across our resorts, villas and hospitality experiences.

You will handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other channels, respond promptly, convert enquiries into bookings, manage confirmations, modifications and cancellations, and coordinate with property teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in hotel/resort reservations or similar hospitality role.
• Candidates based in Pune preferred.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good telephone and WhatsApp communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and conversion skills.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Good organisational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail while handling bookings and guest information.
• Comfortable working with reservation systems and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other booking channels
