Job summary

Althera Laboratories in Bengaluru, Karnataka, seeks a seasoned procurement leader to head end-to-end procurement for the commercial formulation plant, ensuring uninterrupted production and cost efficiency. The role demands CAPEX & OPEX expertise, supplier development, regulatory and quality compliance, ERP/SAP proficiency, and strong cross-functional coordination.

Candidates should have B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc with MBA (Operations / Supply Chain preferred) and 14–20 years of procurement

Qualifications

• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc with MBA (Operations / Supply Chain preferred).
• Experience: 14 - 20 years in procurement with at least 5 years in a leadership role in pharma formulations.
• Robust exposure to regulated markets procurement.
