Job summary

Althera Laboratories India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive end-to-end procurement for the commercial formulation plant. You will ensure uninterrupted production, drive cost efficiency, and maintain regulatory and quality compliance.

The role requires 18–25 years in procurement with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within pharma formulations, strong negotiation, ERP/SAP proficiency, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Education: BE/B.Tech Mechanical Engineering; Experience: 18-25 years in procurement with 5+ years in a leadership role in pharma formulations.
• Strong exposure to regulated markets procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for a commercial formulation plant to ensure uninterrupted production and cost efficiency.
• Strategic procurement planning and vendor development & management.
• Regulatory and quality compliance oversight; MIS & reporting; cross-functional coordination.

Job description

To lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process equired for the commercial formulation plant, ensuring uninterrupted production, cost efficiency and full compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
