Job summary

United HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad is seeking a seasoned Procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing for pharmaceutical finished formulations.

You will lead RFQ processes, evaluate suppliers, and drive compliant purchasing using ERP systems. Ideal candidates possess 6–8 years of procurement experience in pharma, strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP tools.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in Pharmaceutical Finished Formulation Manufacturing.
• Sound understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, certifications, and quality requirements.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft AX knowledge will be an added advantage).
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Procurement Manager in training and mentoring the procurement team.
