Job summary

LNS Global seeks a seasoned Head of Production to lead the system for precision parts and assembly in our Tamil Nadu facility. You will manage in-house production and vendor interfaces, drive capacity planning, and ensure delivery timelines through advanced manufacturing practices.

The role demands 20–25 years in manufacturing leadership, with expertise across turning, machining, finishing, sub-assembly, CNC, tooling, flow, JIT, TPM, 5S & Lean. Exceptional communication is essential.

Qualifications

• BTech in Mechanical/Production engineering. MBA in Operations/SCM.
• 20–25 years of Manufacturing Leadership experience.
• Expert in turning, machining, finishing, sub-assembly, CNC, tooling, flow, JIT, TPM, 5S & Lean.
• Flawless communication required.

Responsibilities

• Head Production system of precision parts and assembly.
• Oversee production in-house and with vendors; capacity planning; ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations using advanced manufacturing practices.
