Job summary

Themis Automation in India is seeking a dynamic Sales professional with deep expertise in industrial automation, robotics, and connectivity solutions to translate technical capabilities into customer value. You will lead opportunities across automation, drives, and connectivity, delivering technical presentations, product demos, and tailored proposals to OEMs, distributors, and end users.

The ideal candidate holds BE in Electrical/IC/EC with 4–8 years of sales experience, a proven track record

• 4 to 8 years of experience in sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities in automation, robotics, drives, and connectivity solutions.
• Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and OEMs.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to design tailored automation and robotics solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and understand market trends to position our offerings effectively.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documents that meet client requirements.
• Support after-sales service by coordinating with application and service engineering teams.
• In-depth understanding of automation, PLC, HMI, drives,inverters, drives,automation products, motion controllers,grippers, collaborative robots, robotic arms,connectivity solutions, communication interfaces,motion, servo drives, frequency inverters ,Connectors, relays, I/O systems,industrial cables and accessories,sensors, safety solutions, vision systems,industrial computing solutions, networking, IoT, industrial routers
