Genpact is seeking a Sr. Process Mining Analyst to lead Celonis-based process intelligence initiatives from design to deployment.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, building data extraction pipelines, and leveraging Celonis ETL to transform data and optimize performance in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. The position requires strong Celonis and SQL skills, a background in data engineering, and a proactive mindset to deliver end-to-end solutions in a hybrid work

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics; Master’s in Data Science is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deploy Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis as an individual contributor.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Set up data extraction pipelines with out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
• Utilize Celonis ETL capabilities—Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs.
• Work with Vertica SQL to create custom Celonis activities.
• Optimize data pipeline performance and analyze data for inefficiencies.
• Own deliverables end to end from build through unit testing and handover.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis as an individual contributor.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Strong experience working on setting up data extraction pipeline with both out-of-the-box connectors as well as building custom connectors.
• Strong working knowledge of Celonis ETL capabilities – Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs.
• Experience working with Vertica SQL to create custom activities in Celonis.
• Experience in optimizing the performance of data pipelines.
• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Own individual deliverables end to end, from build through unit testing and handover
