Genpact in India seeks a Sr. Process Mining Analyst to lead the development and deployment of Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis as an individual contributor.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and build data extraction pipelines with both standard and custom connectors. Additionally, you will optimize Celonis ETL capabilities, work with Vertica SQL to create custom activities, analyze process data to identify inefficiencies,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, computer science, statistics or master's in data science.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate certification.
• Strong Celonis Process Mining and SQL skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deploy Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis as an individual contributor.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Set up data extraction pipelines with out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
• Strong working knowledge of Celonis ETL: Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs.
• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Own deliverables end to end from build through unit testing and handover.
