Job summary

Genpact invites a Delivery Manager - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization to own end-to-end Celonis implementation programmes across diverse clients. You will lead data engineers, analysts and process mining consultants, manage resourcing, and ensure delivery excellence.

Hands-on expertise with Celonis ETL, SQL and Vertica is expected, along with engaging senior stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps. This role is hybrid in India, with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics.
• Master's in Data Science or related field is a plus.
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Celonis Process Mining and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Celonis implementations across multiple clients.
• Lead and mentor delivery teams of data engineers, analysts, and process mining consultants.
• Review design and deployment of Process Intelligence solutions and guide Celonis ETL capabilities.
• Govern data extraction pipelines using connectors and custom-built solutions.
• Provide governance on status, risk, escalation and commercial tracking.

Job Description Own end-to-end delivery of multiple Process Intelligence (Celonis) implementation programmes running in parallel, across clients of varying complexity and industries. Lead, mentor, and manage multiple delivery teams comprising data engineers, analysts, and process mining consultants; own resourcing, capacity planning, and performance management. Remain hands‑on and technically credible - review and guide the design and deployment of Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and client leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and delivery roadmaps. Govern the setup of data extraction pipelines using both out-of-the-box connectors as well as custom‑built connectors. Provide technical direction on Celonis ETL capabilities - Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs. Guide teams working with Vertica SQL to create custom activities in Celonis. Drive optimization of data pipeline performance across engagements. Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements at an executive level. Own delivery governance - status reporting, risk and issue management, escalation handling, and commercial tracking. Build capability within the practice through mentoring, knowledge assets, reusable accelerators, and best‑practice frameworks.
