Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Delivery Manager for BI, Reporting and Data Visualization in India. You will own end-to-end delivery of Celonis-based Process Intelligence programs and lead data engineers, analysts, and consultants across multiple client engagements.

You’ll stay hands-on, guide Celonis ETL design, optimize data pipelines, and translate business requirements into technical roadmaps. Hybrid work in India is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in analytics, CS, or statistics; master's is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Celonis Process Mining and SQL databases.
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Celonis-based Process Intelligence implementations across clients.
• Lead, mentor and manage delivery teams including data engineers, analysts, and process mining consultants; handle resourcing and performance.
• Remain hands-on: review and guide design/deployment of Celonis solutions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs and delivery roadmaps.
• Govern data extraction pipelines using out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
• Provide direction on Celonis ETL capabilities – Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs.
• Guide Vertica SQL usage to create custom Celonis activities.
• Drive optimization of data pipelines across engagements.
• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and propose executive-level improvements.
• Own delivery governance – status, risk/issue management, escalation, and commercial tracking.
• Build capability through mentoring, reusable accelerators, and best-practice frameworks.

Job Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple Process Intelligence (Celonis) implementation programmes running in parallel, across clients of varying complexity and industries.
• Lead, mentor, and manage multiple delivery teams comprising data engineers, analysts, and process mining consultants; own resourcing, capacity planning, and performance management.
• Remain hands-on and technically credible – review and guide the design and deployment of Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and client leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and delivery roadmaps.
• Govern the setup of data extraction pipelines using both out-of-the-box connectors as well as custom-built connectors.
• Provide technical direction on Celonis ETL capabilities – Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs.
• Guide teams working with Vertica SQL to create custom activities in Celonis.
• Drive optimization of data pipeline performance across engagements.
• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements at an executive level.
• Own delivery governance – status reporting, risk and issue management, escalation handling, and commercial tracking.
• Build capability within the practice through mentoring, knowledge assets, reusable accelerators, and best-practice frameworks.
