Genpact in Pune, India, is seeking a Sr. Process Mining Analyst to develop and deploy Celonis-based Process Intelligence solutions as an individual contributor. You will gather stakeholder requirements, design data extraction pipelines, and optimize Celonis ETL processes.

You will leverage SQL, Vertica, and custom connectors to deliver end-to-end analytics projects, analyze process data for inefficiencies, and own deliverables from build through handover, in a hybrid work setup.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, CS, or statistics with data science emphasis.
• Masters in Data Science is preferred.
• Strong SQL and data integration skills; Azure Data Engineer cert is a plus.

Job Description

Develop and deploy Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis as an individual contributor. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Strong experience working on setting up data extraction pipeline with both out-of-the-box connectors as well as building custom connectors. Strong working knowledge of Celonis ETL capabilities – Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs. Experience working with Vertica SQL to create custom activities in Celonis. Experience in optimizing the performance of data pipelines. Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Own individual deliverables end to end, from build through unit testing and handover.
