Qualifications

• 7–10 years in H2R/Employee Lifecycle as SME.
• 4–5 years in EDM as SME.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication & problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of H2R and HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP or HCM tools.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management.

Position Overview

Support H2R operations with a focus on Employee Data Management (EDM), ensuring accurate HR transactions, SLA adherence, and a seamless employee experience using HR systems.
