Job summary

Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited in Bangalore is seeking an Early Professional to join the HR Helpdesk team, delivering first-line support for employee questions via calls and cases, and ensuring quick resolution.

You will document interactions, route complex queries to Tier1/ SME, and collaborate with HR Admin, Payroll, and other teams as per routing.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in AskHR / HR Helpdesk / Employee Support / Contact Center roles.
• Experience supporting UK or international employees is an advantage.
• Arabic knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of HR service delivery and employee support models.
• Ability to interpret employee queries and provide accurate guidance.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee queries via calls (voice support) and cases related to HR services.
• Resolve first-level HR queries at first contact wherever possible.
• Create and update cases for all interactions for tracking and audit purposes.
• Identify queries requiring Tier1 / SME support and route them via case management tool.
• Capture complete case details including employee contact information and callback times.
• Support handover to HR Admin, Payroll, T&E, or other teams as per routing model.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Handle employee queries via calls (voice support) and cases related to HR services.
• Resolve first-level HR queries at first contact wherever possible (“done in one” resolution).
• Create and update cases for all interactions, including those resolved during calls, for tracking and audit purposes.
• Identify queries requiring Tier1 / SME support and route them accurately via case management tool.
• Capture complete and clear case details, including employee contact information and preferred callback time.
• Support smooth handover to HR Admin, Payroll, T&E, or other expert teams as per defined routing model.
• Handle HR service requests and cases through designated HR service platforms within agreed.

Your success is grounded in:

• 1years–3 years of experience in AskHR / HR Helpdesk / Employee Support / Contact Center roles
• Experience supporting UK or international employees is an advantage
• Prior exposure to voice-based HR support preferred
• If resources have good ARABIC knowledge that will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR service delivery and employee support models
• Ability to quickly interpret employee queries and provide accurate guidance
• Experience with HR case management tools and HRIS platform
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Strong customer centric mindset with empathy and clarity
• Ability to handle calls confidently and manage multiple cases simultaneousl
• Willingness to work in UK aligned or staggered shifts
