Position Overview:

Support H2R operations with a focus on Employee Data Management (EDM), ensuring accurate HR transactions, SLA adherence, and a seamless employee experience using HR systems.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Manage EDM in Workday & ServiceNow
• Process HR cases within SLAs
• Handle HR admin requests and ensure data accuracy

• 7years–10 years in H2R / Employee Lifecycle as SME

• Preferred to have Middle East / Africa experience.
• Knowledge of H2R and HR operations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
