• Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the baseline plan, and propose corrective actions to keep construction on track.
• Allocate and optimize resourcessuch as manpower, materials, and equipmentto maximize efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Conduct critical path analysis and risk assessments, highlighting potential delays and planning mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring all activities are integrated into the overall schedule and goals remain aligned.
• Prepare progress and deviation reports for stakeholders, supporting decision-making at management levels.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is usually mandatory.
• Proficiency in scheduling and planning tools, especially Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and Excel.
• Strong analytical abilities for performing time-impact and critical path analyses.
