SPECTRAFORCE India is seeking an experienced Senior Pharma Recruiter to join our team, focusing on Pharma, Biotechnology or Life Sciences recruitment. You will own end-to-end recruitment for R&D, Clinical and Scientific roles, leveraging LinkedIn and other boards, while working remotely in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, screen candidates, and ensure timely placements across global clients, adapting to changing priorities and maintaining high sourcing

Formación

• 4-5 years of recruiting experience supporting Pharma, Biotech or Life Sciences clients, with at least 2 years recruiting directly through an MSP or VMS program.
• Proven experience recruiting for R&D, Clinical and Scientific roles (Scientist, Biologist, Chemist).
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards, including Boolean search, passive candidate engagement.
• Experience working on priority and hard-to-fill requirements with sharp screening judgment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with candidates and client stakeholders.
• Able to work remotely and independently, own the requisition end-to-end, and run recruiting with minimal supervision.

What we’re looking for:

• 4-5 years of recruiting experience supporting Pharma, Biotech or Life Sciences clients, with at least 2 years recruiting directly through an MSP or VMS program.


• Proven experience recruiting for R&D, Clinical and Scientific roles (Scientist, Biologist, Chemist).
