TETRAHED INC is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to drive end-to-end travel inventory, pricing, and fulfillment workflows across global markets. You will optimize supplier onboarding, manage cross-functional teams, and implement automation to monitor KPIs such as OTIF, cancellations, and refunds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational workflows for travel inventory, pricing and customer fulfillment with SLA adherence.
• Optimize vendor partnerships and onboarding across airlines, hotels, and ground operators to boost margins and reduce friction.
• Manage cross-functional teams handling bookings, cancellations, refunds, and escalations, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational workflows for travel inventory, pricing, and customer fulfillment — ensuring SLA compliance and zero downtime during high-volume periods.
• Optimize vendor partnerships and supplier onboarding processes across airlines, hotels, and ground operators to improve margin and reduce friction.
• Build and manage cross-functional teams handling booking support, cancellations, refunds, and escalations — enforcing compliance with global travel regulations.
• Implement automation tools and dashboarding for real-time tracking of KPIs like OTIF, cancellation rates, and refund cycle times.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech to define operational requirements for new feature launches — bridging customer pain points with scalable solutions.
• Champion operational excellence through SOP development, root-cause analysis, and training programs that uplift team performance.
