BookMAG is seeking a travel operations specialist in Mumbai to manage end-to-end booking and reservation workflows. You will handle B2C support and escalations, onboard and assist B2B travel agents, and coordinate with suppliers to confirm bookings.

The role requires 2–3+ years in travel operations and a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of experience in travel operations, OTA, travel agency or DMC.
• Strong experience in reservations, supplier coordination, and customer support.
• Experience supporting B2B travel agents is a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end booking and reservation operations
• B2C customer support and escalations

• Cancellations refunds and payment coordination
• Creating SOPs processes and daily operational reports
• Identifying operational challenges and building systems to prevent recurring issues
• Working closely with Finance Tech and Management to improve operational efficiency
