Job summary

VAYUZ Technologies is seeking an experienced Sr. OpenText VIM Consultant with 8+ years in OpenText VIM and SAP environments in India. You will design, configure, and support OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP, manage workflows and vendor invoice processing, and collaborate with SAP teams and business stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on VIM implementation, troubleshooting, and documentation. You will gather requirements, translate them into VIM configurations, and help drive process

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor invoice processing including capture, validation, routing, posting.
• Troubleshoot VIM issues and provide root-cause solutions.

• Support VIM upgrades, migrations, patches, and enhancements.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. OpenText VIM Consultant with 8+ years of experience in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management and SAP environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in VIM implementation, configuration, workflow management, invoice processing, troubleshooting, and SAP integration. The role requires someone who can independently work on VIM requirements and collaborate with SAP and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP.
• Configure VIM workflows, approval processes, business rules, invoice validation, and exception handling.
• Manage end-to-end vendor invoice processing including capture, validation, routing, approval, and posting.
• Troubleshoot VIM functional and technical issues and provide root-cause solutions.
• Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams on VIM integration and issue resolution.
• Support VIM enhancements, change requests, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into VIM solutions and workflows.
• Support integration with relevant SAP modules and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation related to VIM configurations and processes.
• Optimize invoice management workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Work with business stakeholders to resolve invoice processing and approval-related issues.
• Support VIM upgrades, migrations, patches, and enhancements where required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in OpenText VIM and SAP environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
• Experience in VIM configuration, workflow, invoice processing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience with invoice validation, exception handling, approvals, and posting.
• Experience in VIM implementation, enhancement, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with SAP functional/technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP AFS / Apparel and Footwear Solution is preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must be comfortable working 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST.
• Must be comfortable with the USD 25/hour budget.
