An international manufacturing company in Pune City is seeking an Associate for a full-time role focusing on SAP S/4 HANA and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management. Willingness to travel to global plants

• Global support (1st – 2nd level) for the existing business processes within the SAP S/4 HANA system (focus on OpenText VIM 23.4 solution), such as:
• - System Monitoring
• - Standard Change Management e.g., add users as validation agents, maintain teams, config tables, and approval limits
• - System optimization, e.g., for OCR training improvements (IC4SAP 23.4)
• Acting as the effective interface between IT and business users by communicating requirements, status, and issues
• Supporting the business team with inquiries, system support, improvement analyses, and consultancy on existing processes
• Involvement in new implementations across project phases like analysis, design, configuration, documentation, and training
• Completing tasks to meet project deadlines and support agreements
• Responsible for unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment
• Assisting in developing training materials and training key users
• Providing post-implementation support for processes and applications
• Seeking opportunities for comprehensive continuous improvement (CCI)
• Analyzing, designing, and customizing business processes in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management
• Participating in ongoing projects in the area of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management

Required qualifications:

• Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
• Experience or verifiable knowledge from previous work in similar tasks
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment, with SAP modules, especially SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management
• Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation project for OpenText VIM
• Experience working in an international organization support environment
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train others
• Experience in customizing OpenText VIM modules, especially in system optimization, monitoring, and process improvements
• Knowledge of business processes in finance within automotive or manufacturing industries is a plus
