Job summary

AiFA Labs in Hyderabad seeks a Senior SAP OpenText VIM Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on OpenText VIM and SAP FICO/MM experience. The role focuses on AP/invoice processing, VIM configuration, workflows, integrations, and ABAP troubleshooting.

You will provide L3 support for VIM-SAP, configure workflows, support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay, and collaborate with FICO/MM/Procurement teams. Experience with S/4HANA VIM migration is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OpenText VIM experience with SAP FICO/MM integration.
• Deep understanding of AP, Invoice Processing, and Procure-to-Pay workflows.
• Hands-on with VIM configuration, workflows, OCR, and approvals.
• Proficient in IDOCs, BAPIs, BADIs, ABAP debugging.
• Experience in VIM integration and custom developments.
• Strong L3 production support and incident management.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or SAP Solution Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for OpenText VIM integrated with SAP FICO/MM.
• Configure and troubleshoot VIM workflows, ICC/OCR, and DP Document Processing.
• Support end-to-end AP, Vendor Invoice, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Troubleshoot VIM-SAP integration issues (IDOCs, BAPIs, BADIs, BTEs).
• Perform ABAP debugging and VIM enhancements and custom developments.
• Analyze production issues and implement permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with SAP FICO, MM, AP, Procurement, and tech teams.
• Support testing, releases, upgrades, and S/4HANA VIM migration/enhancement.
• Maintain technical docs, SOPs, and knowledge bases.
• Provide knowledge transfer to L1/L2 teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for OpenText VIM integrated with SAP FICO/MM.
• Configure and troubleshoot VIM workflows, ICC/OCR, DP Document Processing, invoice validation, and approval workflows.
• Support end-to-end AP, Vendor Invoice, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Troubleshoot VIM-SAP integration issues involving IDOCs, BAPIs, BADIs, BTEs, and User Exits.
• Perform ABAP debugging and support VIM enhancements and custom developments.
• Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with SAP FICO, MM, AP, Procurement, and technical teams.
• Support testing, releases, upgrades, and S/4HANA VIM migration/enhancement activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to L1/L2 support teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of OpenText VIM experience with strong SAP FICO/MM integration knowledge.
• Strong understanding of AP, Invoice Processing, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Hands-on experience with VIM workflows, ICC/OCR, DP Document Processing, and invoice approval workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with IDOCs, BAPIs, BADIs, BTEs, and ABAP debugging.
• Experience with VIM configuration, enhancements, and custom developments.
• Strong L3 production support and incident management experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, or similar ITSM tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• OpenText VIM and/or SAP FICO certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA VIM implementation or migration.
• Exposure to SAP Business Workflow and Agile/ITSM environments.
