Seleccion Consulting is seeking a Lead SAP OpenText-VIM Consultant in Hyderabad, India. You will configure and support OpenText VIM for SAP, focusing on invoice processing, workflow rules, and approval processes to optimize procure-to-pay operations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of SAP VIM experience, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within SAP FI-AP and MM contexts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP OpenText VIM experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP VIM invoice processing, document types, rules and approvals.
• Experience with PO and non-PO invoice processing, and progression in P2P workflows.

Job Summary

Role: Lead SAP Open Text VIM

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities

• Lead Consultant who has good experience in configuring and supporting OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP solutions
• SAP functional consulting experience, with significant experience in OpenText VIM for SAP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP VIM invoice processing, document types, business rules, workflows, approval processes, and exception handling.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI-AP and MM invoice processes, Procure to Pay Cycle.
• Experience with PO and non-PO invoice processing.
• Strong understanding of SAP invoice verification and accounting document posting.
• Experience integrating VIM SAP S/4HANA.
• Good understanding of SAP Workflow and integration concepts.
• Experience working with OCR/document capture technologies used with VIM.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of P2P and AP invoice processes.
• Experience integrating VIM with SAP Finance and Procurement.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to lead functional discussions independently.
• Self-motivated, eagerness to expand knowledge and willingness to learn client specific processes
