Job summary

USV is seeking an Electrical Maintenance professional to join our shift operations in Maharashtra. The role focuses on cGMP compliant utility maintenance, monitoring of HVAC systems, pure steam, WFI, and purified water distribution, and ensuring safety and housekeeping in the engineering area.

You will report to Engineering Managers, review EMS trends, record operating parameters, coordinate with vendors and in-charges, and assist in maintenance and validation activities as required.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E in engineering.
• Graduation/Equivalent course completed.
• cGMP practices knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• To report and assist Engineering Managers.
• Monitoring shift operations and shift activities.
• Monitoring of engineering/utility equipment operations.
• Monitoring of HVAC system and clean room parameters.
• To take the print outs & review of EMS trends as per requirements
• On line recording of operating parameters in respective logbooks of engineering /utility equipment’s like pure steam generator, WFI generation and distribution systems, Purified water generation and distribution systems, Air compressors once in shift but not limited to.
• Identification of all required spares of equipment’s installed in plant premises.
• Execution/supervision of all type of Maintenance of equipment’s installed in plant premises.
• Execution/supervision of AHU PM and filter replacement/cleaning activityas per schedule.
• Provide support to validation team during HVAC validation activity
• Execution/supervision of all type of Maintenance of equipment’s installed in plant premises.
• Updation of history card for equipment’s installed in plant premises.
• Execution of compressed air dew point testing as per schedule.
• Maintaining chemical stock for utility equipment’s, fuel stock for DG operation.
• Coordinate with various user department in-charges.
• Responsible for area housekeeping of engineering/utility area.
• Responsible to train co-ordinates, subordinates and contract employees as per requirement.
• Responsible to follow safety rules and regulations and to ensure about subordinate & vendors.
• Responsible to maintain personal hygiene and ensure for subordinate and vendors.
• To update work status in a shift report book.
• To perform investigations & to prepare investigation reports against identified non-conformances.
• Responsible to sign off as a done by/Checked by on PM checklist, logbooks, formats & other applicable documents.
• Responsible to Co-ordinate with respective vendor for AMC Service visit & spare procurement etc.
• Responsible for compliance of audit observation and to provide supportive data for compliance.
• Responsible to perform any other task assigned by Manager.
• Monitoring and maintenance of electrical system installed in plant premises.
• Responsible for electrical statutory compliance.
• Monitoring and analysis the electricity unit consumption.
• To operate engineering/utility equipment as and when required.
• Authorized to working at transformer yard and other electrical installation.
