Job summary

Vrijesh Overseas in Bengaluru seeks an Operations Coordinator to manage buyer communications, align production timelines, and oversee ERP data entry in Visual Gems.

You will liaise with fabric suppliers and processors to ensure material availability, monitor progress, and uphold premium brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Buyer communication with buyers from product development to delivery
• Coordinate with Factory Manager to meet production timelines and shipment deadlines
• ERP data entry and maintenance in Visual Gems system
• Liaise with fabric suppliers, processors, and vendors to ensure material availability and quality control

Job description

Buyer Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, managing communication from product development to delivery.
• Collaborate with buyers to understand their needs and specifications for new product lines.
• Provide timely updates and solutions to buyers throughout the order process, ensuring their requirements are met.

Production Coordination

• Work closely with the Factory Manager to ensure production timelines, quality standards, and shipment deadlines are achieved.
• Monitor production progress to ensure smooth operations, addressing any issues that arise promptly.

ERP Management (Visual Gems)

• Ensure accurate and timely entry of all production-related data in the Visual Gems ERP system.
• Maintain records of inventory, production schedules, and shipment details to streamline processes and ensure accountability

Supplier & Processor Coordination

• Liaise with fabric suppliers, processors, and other third-party vendors to ensure the availability of raw materials and timely completion of processing tasks.
