Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is hiring a Sr. Manager - SCM in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across sourcing, planning and logistics. You will drive process improvements, automation and client communications, mentoring managers and building domain expertise in SCM.

Ideal candidates have degrees in Business, Industrial Engineering or Logistics with relevant SCM certifications; experience in advisory services, risk management, supplier collaboration and AI-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Masters in Operations Management is preferred.
• APICS CSCP, CPSM, CRP, CSCP (ISM) certifications are desirable.
• Strong advisory, consulting, and domain knowledge in SCM.
