Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Leader for SCM - Planning & After Sales to drive operational excellence across Demand and Supply Planning, S&OP, and related functions. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships and delivering end‑to‑end supply chain solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead strategic projects, collaborate with Sales and Operations, and promote adoption of Genpact SCM products, ensuring value delivery to global enterprises. Hybrid work in India is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant business or engineering discipline.
• Masters preferred in operations or SCM for leadership track.
• Experience in supply chain planning, analytics, and digital interventions.
• Hands-on experience with SCM software and analytics tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery for the Supply Chain Management team, ensuring operational excellence while building strong client relationships.
• Develop and implement end‑to‑end supply chain solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Deployment Planning, Allocation Planning, and related functions.
• Manage and drive strategic projects within the client's supply chain functions, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.

• Champion the adoption of supply chain products and solutions, promoting best practices and value delivery across clients and internal teams.
• Gather, consolidate, and share client feedback with Product leaders to validate strategies and inform the development of new solutions.
• Demonstrate thought leadership by producing insights through Blogs, Articles, Whitepapers, and other knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
