Genpact is seeking a Specialist - SCM - Logistics Support to coordinate transportation, monitor shipment schedules, and maintain inventory accuracy across the supply chain. You will work with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize logistics processes for cost efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelors in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or SCM, and a Masters in Operations Management is advantageous.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degrees in business, engineering, logistics, or SCM.
• Master's degree in Operations Management or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SCM concepts and analytics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation, distribution, and timely delivery of goods across the supply chain.
• Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records in ERP or relevant tracking systems.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues and bottlenecks.
• Assist in optimizing logistics and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support reporting and analysis of logistics performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure seamless end-to-end logistics operations.
