Job summary

Talent Seed Hr Services seeks a Chartered Accountant with ecommerce store finance experience to oversee trade spend management, settlement reconciliations and commercial evaluation for new store proposals. You will coordinate cross-channel reconciliations across POS, ERP and banking systems to ensure accuracy and profitability.

The candidate should have exposure to Ecommerce/Retail/FMCG/FMCD/Pharma/QSR sectors and a strong ability to analyse ROI, payback and rental sensitivity for strategic

• Qualified CA with experience in Ecommerce / Store commercial Finance.
• Experience in Ecommerce / Retail / FMCG / FMCD / Pharma / QSR industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle trade spends.
• Manage marketplace commission structures, ad spends, storage and fulfilment fees against rate cards.
• Perform end-to-end settlement reconciliation for every online channel.
• Reconcile daily sales across POS, ERP and bank for cash, card, UPI, wallets, vouchers and loyalty redemptions.
• Conduct commercial evaluation of new store proposals: ROI, payback, breakeven analysis and rental sensitivity.
