Job summary

Cantabil Retail India is seeking a result-oriented Manager- Accounts (Ecommerce) to oversee end-to-end ecommerce accounting, including marketplaces reconciliation and tracking transactions. The role involves monitoring team performance, preparing P&L analyses, MIS reports, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with 4-5 years in ecommerce account management within apparel retail, strong MS Office skills, and

• Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of work experience in ecommerce account management in a apparel retail company.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability and experience manipulating data to develop recommendations.
• Time management skills and the ability to deliver to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and assessing team work and performance.
• Preparing Monthly P&L and Variance analysis of deviations related to P&L.
• Preparing & Analysis MIS Reports e.g. Expense tracker, Sale reports, Debtor ageing.
• Ensure that all entries are updating the financial books of accounts on regular basis such as collection.
• Analysis of order wise reconciliation with team & resolve issues.
• Co-ordination with the Customer for resolving issue and related our outstanding payment with customers.
• Ensuring compliance with TDS under various sections
• Analysis of commission, Discount & other expense
• Resolve the accounting issues immediately
• Monitoring of monthly invoice & credit/debit notes
• Co-ordination with the warehouse team/accounting team/ Ecommerce Team/junior team.
