Job summary

HRD House invites an experienced BE Mechanical Engineer for our plant at Baddi. You will lead maintenance engineering, oversee project planning and site coordination, and drive preventive maintenance across tablet, capsule, and liquid oral formulation equipment.

Role requires strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and ISO documentation. You will liaison with govt authorities and provide technical support to ensure timely project execution and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in formulation plant maintenance.
• Experience in project execution and co-ordination to meet timelines.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, calibration, and documentation processes.
• Familiarity with cGMP and regulatory requirements related to engineering/maintenance.
• Experience with maintenance of tablet, capsule, and liquid oral formulation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance engineering for the plant at Baddi, including machinery and utilities.
• Plan, design, and coordinate site activities for project execution.
• Design, schedule, implement, and document preventive maintenance.
• Manage ISO documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with govt. authorities (MIDC, Boiler, Lift, ETP, MPCB, etc.).
• Provide technical support to the plant and review engineering deliverables.
• Oversee ETP & RO-EDI operations and maintenance.

Role & responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for handling Maintenance & Engineering of at their Plant at Baddi

You will be responsible for,

• 1.Candidate will look after project Planning, Designing and Site Co- ordination.
• 2..You will be responsible for Maintenance of process machinery, Designing, scheduling, implementation and documentation of preventive maintenance.
• 3. Candidate will be responsible for Overall knowledge of Tablet ,Capsule & liquid formulation machines/equipment maintenance/breakdowns/Preventative maintenance.
• 4. Candidates will be responsible for Govt. liaison activity with respect to MIDC, Boiler, Lift, ETP, MPCB, MSEDCL, Safety Committee, etc.
• 5. Candidates will be Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions and will provide and Technical Support to plant.
• 6. Candidate will be responsible for ETP & RO-EDI operations & maintenance.
• 7. Candidate will be responsible for ISO documentation and audit handling.

Required Candidate profile

• 1.Candidate should be B.E Mechanical Engineer minimum 15 yrs. in experiences in Formulation Plant handling maintenance engineering in Tablet & Capsule &LiquidOral.
• 2. Candidate should have experience in Support function for Project Execution and Project Co-Ordination for timely completion of projects support and drive Installation, commissioning, Validation/Qualification activities.
• 3. Candidate should have experience in preparing calibration schedule, preparing training schedule and facing internal & external Audits and giving compliance.
• 4. Candidate should have experience in handling overall maintenance activities for Plant Equipment and Utilities.
• 5. Should have thorough knowledge of cGMP, building maintenance activities, as per US and other regulatory requirement related to Engineering / Maintenance department.
• 6. Candidates should have experience in Tablet ,Capsule & liquidOral formulations machines/ equipment maintenance/ breakdowns/ Preventative maintenance.
• 7. Candidates should have Knowledge of Handling & maintenance of various machines / equipments of QC and R&D.
