Job summary

HRD House in Nashik is seeking an experienced BE Electrical engineer to lead electrical engineering for the plant, focusing on maintenance of tablet and liquid formulation machinery. The role includes project planning, site coordination and ensuring smooth operations of ETP and RO-EDI systems.

The candidate will liaise with MIDC and other authorities, review engineering deliverables, and provide technical support while ensuring ISO documentation and audits are up to date.

Qualifications

• BE Electrical degree with 14+ years of experience in maintenance engineering for tablet and liquid formulations.
• Experience in budgeting, execution and monitoring of budgets is desirable.
• Experience with maintenance of tablet and liquid formulation machinery/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle project planning, designing and site coordination.
• Oversee maintenance and breakdown handling of tablet and liquid formulation machines/equipment.
• Liaise with government authorities (MIDC, Boiler, Lift, ETP, MPCB, MSEDCL, Safety Committee, etc.).
• Review engineering deliverables and provide technical support to the plant.
• Manage ETP and RO-EDI operations and maintenance.
• Maintain ISO documentation and support audits.

Role & responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for handling Electrical Engineering of plant at Nashik

You will be responsible for,

1. Candidate will look after project Planning, Designing and Site Co- ordination.
2. Candidate will be responsible for Overall knowledge of Tablet & liquid formulation machines/equipment maintenance/breakdowns/Preventative maintenance.
3. Candidates will be responsible for Govt. liaison activity with respect to MIDC, Boiler, Lift, ETP, MPCB, MSEDCL, Safety Committee, etc.
4. Candidates will be Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions and will provide and Technical Support to plant.
5. Candidate will be responsible for ETP & RO-EDI operations & maintenance.
6. Candidate will be responsible for ISO documentation and audit handling.

Required Candidate profile

1. Candidate should be B.E Electrical minimum 14+ yrs. in experiences in handling maintenance engineering in Tablet & Liquid.
2. Candidates should have Knowledge of budget preparations, execution & monitoring.
3. Candidates should have experience in Tablet & liquid formulations machines/ equipment maintenance/ breakdowns/ Preventative maintenance.
4. Candidates should have Knowledge of all Engineering Utilities & Services.
5. Candidates should have Knowledge of Handling & maintenance of various machines / equipments of QC and R&D.
