Hrconnect in Pune seeks a Capex procurement leader to drive budgeting and sourcing for mechanical and electrical equipment across multi-location plants. You will translate plant operations needs into technical specs and manage a yearly spend of around 250 Crores, ensuring value and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has proven techno-commercial skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and corporate-level experience in procurement.

Qualifications

• Experience procuring Mechanical/Electrical equipment for multi-location plants.
• Strong techno-commercial skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Corporate position experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Capex budgeting and annual spend around 250 Crores.
• Understand technical specs and plant operations for procurement.
• Coordinate procurement across multiple locations.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.
