Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Manager - Business Finance to lead financial planning and analysis for complex business units. You will partner with senior leadership to influence decisions, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, and ensure strict compliance with financial policies.

You will mentor finance managers and analysts, building strong business acumen while driving strategic insights and financial efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance; MBA/PG in Finance preferred.
• Certifications such as CFA/CFP/ CMA add value; global credentials favored.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and regulatory compliance.
