Job summary

Insolation Energy in Jaipur is seeking a Sr. Manager Branding & Marketing to drive the company’s branding, marketing and communication across offline and digital platforms.

With 8-10 years of experience, you will lead brand strategy, manage multi-channel campaigns, coordinate with sales, and oversee budgets and ROI. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and hands-on execution across traditional and digital media.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Integrated Branding & Marketing – Offline + Online.
• Proven experience in 360 campaign planning and execution.
• Strong agency, vendor and media management skills.
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media and Performance Marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience in marketing budget management and ROI analysis.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• 2–3 years of team-handling/managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy and integrated marketing plans.
• Manage 360 offline and online marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute campaigns across Print & Outdoor, BTL Activities, Events & Exhibitions, Digital & Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Corporate Branding and Media Partnerships.
• Develop annual/monthly marketing calendars and budgets.
• Manage creative, digital, media, PR, event and influencer agencies.
• Brief agencies, evaluate proposals, negotiate commercials and ensure timely execution.
• Drive brand visibility across B2B and B2C segments.
• Plan and execute product launches, brand campaigns and activations.
• Manage marketing budgets and track campaign ROI and performance.
• Work closely with Sales and Business teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage brand communication and corporate marketing communication.
• Track market trends, competitors and industry developments.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team.
