Job summary

MDIndia Health Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior Corporate Servicing Leader to manage large B2B portfolios, ensure SLA compliance, drive service delivery and enhance the client experience in the Pune region.

The role requires leading corporate client, broker and key account relationships and driving retention, engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will have 10–20 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, excellent relationship management, and proficiency with Excel,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–20 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the TPA, Insurance Broking or Health/General Insurance preferred.
• Strong leadership, relationship management and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word; willingness to learn on the job.
• Interaction with corporates, insurance entities, brokers and other business entities.

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage large B2B portfolios, SLAs, service delivery & client experience

• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client & operational issues
• Lead CXO-level client reviews, governance meetings & business presentations
• Build, mentor and lead a high-performing corporate servicing team

Preferred candidate profile :

• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent relationship management, written, oral, communication and presentation skills necessary for interaction with the Corporates, Insurance Entities, Brokers and other Business entities.
• Good planning and organization skills.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power Point, Word and an ability and interest in learning on the job.
• Candidate with relevant experience of minimum 10 to 20 years.
• Candidate with experience in the TPA, Insurance Broking, Health & General Insurance companies with exp. in Health Insurance Products will be preferred.

Academic and professional qualification:

• Any Graduate
• A Masters degree will be an added advantage.
