Job summary

Brain Pool Consultant seeks an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the complete operations and maintenance of a large corporate facility in Mumbai. You will manage day-to-day facility operations, including housekeeping, MEP, security, front office, pest control, waste management and other services.

The role requires a strong track record in asset management for large buildings and at least 10 years of experience in facility or property management within corporate settings.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in facility or property management.
• Experience managing assets for mega buildings (>=5 lakh sq ft).
• Experience in corporate/large commercial environments.
