Job summary

Alpha Tnd seeks a senior Tendering Specialist for Africa power distribution projects. You will oversee in-process verification and quality checks for tenders, ensuring compliance with SOPs, client requirements and contractual guidelines.

You will lead cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Legal for approvals, develop standards and templates, and mentor the team to strengthen quality discipline and timely submissions.

• Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across bids; support Bid Managers with guidance on compliance, documentation structure, and risk mitigation.

• Mentor and support the team to strengthen quality mindset and process discipline.

Preferred candidate profile

10 - 15 years of Experience in Bidding / Tendering - Power Distribution Projects (Africa)

Strong expertise in EPC tendering processes, techno-commercial evaluation, and compliance.

Excellent understanding of contract terms, technical specifications, and documentation standards.

Sharp eye for detail with strong analytical and risk-assessment skills.

Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage complex submissions.

Proficiency in MS Office and structured documentation workflows.

Leadership capability with focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
